Public Talk: How to be Kind to Yourself
10 - 11:15am | Light refreshments and meet the teacher to follow

The way in which we relate to ourself affects every area of our life. Therefore, we need a positive self-view and the ability to be strong and happy regardless of life’s challenges and what others may think of us.

Buddha explained the art of self-acceptance and taught many positive thinking techniques for developing inner strength and confidence. In this talk, we will learn these techniques for enjoying stable self-esteem and happiness, and unlock our limitless potential for self-transformation.

What to expect in this class

  • Simple guided breathing meditation
  • Practical teaching on how to solve problems in daily life
  • Second guided meditation on the teaching topic
  • Brief discussion & Q&A
