ABOUT THE TEACHER |

Gen Kelsang Choma is the most senior American nun within the New Kadampa Tradition of Modern Buddhism. A close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, she has studied and practiced extensively for over 35 years, and is qualified to teach both Sutra and Tantra. Previously a Resident Teacher at several centers from Boston to Santa Fe, she has been the RT at Kadampa Meditation Center San Francisco since 2011, and is invited often to teach nationally. People enjoy her teachings for their clarity and warmth. |
