These talks follow along with Introduction to Buddhism by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Each talk is self contained; come to one, come to all. Everybody is welcome, Buddhist or non-Buddhist, to come explore Buddhist theory, practice and lifestyle.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Susan Tait meditation teacher

Susan Tait has been studying and teaching Buddhist meditation for many years and has taught Kadampa meditation in the US and the UK. She presents the teachings in a practical and often humorous way making it easy to apply in daily life.
