Everyone, regardless of their level of experience or background, can benefit from the meditation classes, retreats and events at KMC SF. Our classes are approachable and practical to daily life. Perfect for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Foundation Program
Our Foundation Program gives you the opportunity take your practice to a deeper level, through studying a Buddhist text together with fellow practitioners.
We currently offer Foundation classes either Wednesday evenings or Thursday mornings. (see calendar for current schedule)

Teacher Training Program
Our Teacher Training Program is designed for those whish to train as authentic Dharma teachers, through the study and practice of 14 Bhuddist texts on Sutra and Tantra, as well as observing certain commitments and engaging in a series of annual retreats.
