A Great Preliminary Guide Retreat | In Person Only | Self Guided

 

This retreat is a powerful method for purifying our negative karma. Each session includes prayer and time for silent meditation. By deepening our reliance on Buddha Vajrasattva in this retreat, we will cleanse our mind of delusions, negativities, and obstacles holding us back from reaching our full inner potential. Everyone is welcome.

Although this is technically an advanced course, beginners are welcome to participate. If you are new to this practice or need more information, contact: epc@meditateinsanfrancisco.org

TEACHER:

Gen Kelsang Choma is the most senior American nun within the New Kadampa Tradition of Modern Buddhism in the US. A close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, she has studied extensively on the Teacher Training Program for 35 years, and is qualified to teach both Sutra and Tantra.

She is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center San Francisco and is invited often to teach nationally. People enjoy her teachings for their clarity and warmth.
