WEEKLY TOPICS:
Sept 3: The magical practice for creating universal love
Learning to cherish others eases difficult relationships, allows us to experience a love that is as stable as it is real, and finally finds us lasting peace and contentment. Viewing others as equally important, we cultivate a feeling of love and affection for them. We stop self-obsessing and start equalizing ourselves with others to create harmony and peace inside and out.
Sept 10: Exploring the power of motivation, experiencing inner awakening
We can experience real transformation when we set our mind to it. Motivation is one of the special five forces Buddha explains that can harness and convert our energy into increased inner stability, flexibility and strength.
Sept 17: Everything is easy with the superpower of familiarity
Come discover for yourself how this indispensable ancient wisdom can empower and sustain modern day practitioners no matter what life throws their way.
Sept 24: Increasing good luck: The invincible force of merit
Buddha said, ‘Those who have accumulated merit can fulfill their wishes.’ Making mental and physical offerings is a technique for creating “merit”, the good fortune that comes from accomplishing and dedicating good deeds.
