Our past trauma can be quite destructive to our happiness and inner peace. When its effect lasts more than we‘d like, it can lead to a feeling of hopefulness. By applying Buddha’s wisdom, we can gradually reduce the intensity of our past trauma and gain the happiness and resilience that cannot be destroyed by our past.
