it is happy or sad, clear or confused, positive or negative, and so on. The object of this meditation is your root mind, which is located at your heart chakra, in the very center of your chest. Through learning how your mind works, you will be able to use that understanding to bring your mind under control, and in this way improve the quality of your life, both now and in the future.
