Find peace within and develop your concentration capacity through a relaxing retreat focused on the breath in guided sessions with experienced Kadamapa teachers Gen Chaogyop (KMC Philadelphia and Menlha KBC) and Gen Choma (KMC San Francisco). You are welcome to join in as many sessions as you like. Identify and tame your personal meditation obstacles by exploring tried and tested ancient Buddhist wisdom solutions. Even though breathing meditation is only a preliminary state of meditation, it can be quite powerful. we can see form this practice that it is possible to experience inner peace and contentment just be controlling the mind, without having to depend at all upon external conditions.
