"Patience is the supreme ornament of the powerful."

—Buddha Shakyamuni

Annoyance, irritation, anger, even a glut of pleasure can all rob us of our peace of mind and happiness. When we feel impatient, irritable or greedy, we usually become impulsive and make mistakes that we come to regret.

This season, let’s give the gift of patience, bringing peace and happiness to our minds and those around us, making hard times easier to bear, and better times more stable and long-lasting.

In today’s ever-changing world, we especially need the transformative super power of patience to overcome any painful and destructive emotions that can arise suddenly in difficult times and unforeseen realities.

No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
