FROM PROBLEMS TO PURPOSE: Finding Solutions on the Spiritual Path

Sunday, July 20th | 11 am – 12 pm

Problems, suffering and unhappiness do not exist outside the mind. They are feelings, parts of our mind that can direct us down rabbit holes of worry and inaction, or to more beneficial paths that help us accept things peacefully and make decisions calmly.

The more we learn to modulate our feelings around our problems, the less dire and problematic we feel about them. With time tested practical wisdom and a few simple meditations, we decrease our worries and increase our inner peace.

Join us for this insightful Sunday morning talk and meditation with Gen Kelsang Choma, the US's most senior Kadampa nun and teacher.
