Maintaining a Mind of Refuge
Sunday, February 5th, 11am - 12:15pm
Do you feel protected? In Buddhism, we look towards the Three Jewels for refuge. The Dharma Jewel is like a boat, the Buddha Jewel is like a skillful navigator and the Sangha Jewel is like the crew. We need to depend upon all three to cross the ocean of suffering. Perhaps we understand this if we’ve been practicing for a while, but can we maintain a feeling of protection? Is your refuge actually working? Let’s delve.
Everyone is welcome.
