- Buddha taught that love is the great protector. It protects us from harmful actions and suffering, and inspires us to treat others with consideration and kindness. Yet our love is often mixed with attachment, making us possessive, anxious, and easily hurt.
- During this special evening talk and guided meditation, Gen Demo will help us discern the difference between love and attachment, and detail practical methods to counter attachment and improve our mind of love.
- No previous experience is necessary, everyone is welcome.

| Gen Kelsang Demo is the US Western and Midwestern National Spiritual Director and the Resident Teacher at the International Kadampa Retreat Center Grand Canyon. She has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism since 1998 and is regularly invited to teach internationally. |
