January Retreats with Gen Choma

Three Principal Aspects of the Path
Saturday, January 7th - Monday, January 9th

This legendary retreat poem was composed 600 years ago by the extraordinary Spiritual Guide and founder of the New Kadampa lineage, Je Tsongkhapa. In 15 verses, he distills the vastness of Lamrim, the stages of the path to enlightenment, into three essential realizations, or experiential understandings. Gaining experience of these will give us the psychological and spiritual tools we need to transform all aspects of our life into our spiritual path, confidently and joyfully. Everyone welcome.
